Chi Massage

I really recommend this doing this massage in conjunction with the Stacked cream, or even by itself.

I was stalled for a while, and then started doing this twice a day (sometimes once day, if I fell asleep early or something lol). I've seen half an inch of growth in about 3 weeks. This was after monthly swelling, and I even think I lost some weight during that period (because my appetite was decreased, so I wasn't eating as much).

I do 400 rotations each session.
