Well Im at work.. I know bad
I work at a candy house and eating chocolate like crazy all I can think about is what am I going to do to burn this all off and make this go to my butt and not belly

Hi, I just ordered the 8oz jar. Should I do this twice a day? Approx. how much should I apply? Any other tips or advice I should know while starting this product?

I am currently 1 1/2 months into taking Maca and Aguaje. I tried the fish oil and I just can't do it. Hopefully I will see results with this.

Hello, welcome to the forum

Start of using 1-1/2 tsp twice daily. We also recommend applying it after exfoliating the skin, or after a shower. Try to keep a balanced diet, and avoid cardio. Too much weight loss or fat burned will hold you from your max gain. Also, If you REALLY want to see your results faster, and add good shape that needs booty work-outs to make it really pop!

I am thinking that I cannot wait to receive my order but I only ordered one 8oz jar and shipping was really expensive. I kinda wished I had ordered 2 so that I wont have to pay that shipping again. I will definitely order at least 2 at a time in the future.
